Fine dinning@Oso Ristorante

My Friday night was spend fine dining with Jerica at the elegant milanese-style restaurant, Oso Ristorante..


i had( cant remember what Jerica order, HAHA):
1.)Bread( complimentary),balsamico sauce and olive oil.

2.)Antipasto(appetizer)
Melanzane, oven baked eggplant with tomato sauce and mozerella.

3.)Insalata(salad)
Parmigiano,mixed salad in balsamico dressing with shaved cheese.

4.)Pesce(fish)
Merluzzo, roasted cod filet in balsamico sauce served with rosemary potato

5.)Dolce(dessert)
Crostata, hot dark chocolate tart with milk ice cream.


The cheese for the parmigiano(salad) was shaved in the cheese room mins before it was served. According to the waiter, the cheese room had been classified as the first of its kind in Singapore. The cheese room not only showcases cheese( duhhh~), uniquely presented cold cuts are also displayed in the glass covered cheese room, with specific temperature! And top marks for the dark chocolate Costata!!!!!!! Conclusion?? The food is definitely impressive! oh ya btw , the meal cost me quite a bomb..

Sch is starting, damn it. my laptop still down, im hopping down to sim lim tmr to see if i can get it fix otherwise i will have to wait another 2 weeks for the dumb spare part to arrive.. and also to pay an unreasonable amount of money for it. im usually not too willing to splurge when it comes to gadget..

i think i've overspent my money this sch holiday .. 1.2k in 3 weeks? thats the end result of my "oh-its-a-once-in-a-while-self-indulgence". haha so much for saying "im going to save 200bucks a month".. no wonder Rachel laughed when i told her that.. now i get it.. lol..
