oh fcuk....

i sprained my wrist during training on tue... and for time being i need to remain the weights( shoulder press) at 15 pounds... darm that 20 pounds dumbell man... its rlly dumb...LOL..
not only i hurt my wirst becos of that... i knocked my head with that too...*OUCH wth...

and i m too coward to visit the chinese sinseh.. so pam acc me to the doc at causeway point... took painkiller... wrist guard... and some cream...

my wrist is darm painful now! but too lazy to go t the kitchen to take my medicine..
