time taken up by my IG[ commonly known as cca] which is dragon boat=)..
training on monday .. wed.. wet training on sat[ stupid vincent said that wet training sound rather kinky, wtf ]
training was super tough pls!!!!!!

girls for today.. only half or less turn up compared to monday..
And i think i tore my arm muscle because my arm was like freaking pain..
and i cant strighten it...
legs muscle was rlly tight and thus darm painful...
a sadist i m..
i like the feeling of my muscle ache..haha..
because that prove that im training and not doing all the stuff for nth=)I

Chen lao shi is having her church wedding soon..
And she msged me asking if i would like to go and all..
so nice... aawww=)
