- Get a clean glass
- Walk forward, making sure you apply an even amount of weight on each foot
- Check your back posture, and your neck also
- With the hand of your choice, lift up the glass
- Turn on the water
- Fill up your glass
- Bring to your mouth
- Drink the whole thing with no more than two breaths
- Wipe off any dripping water, using an even, circular motion
- No burping allowed!
