so ystd i had the worst experience of my life ..

its ard 3 am plus when i started trembling and my heartbeat started racing..
Soon after a while i found myself struggling to breathe...
i swear tt i almost died( ok im exaggerating, but its rlly terrible)
i dunno if its an asthma attack...or worse still a heart attack...
for tt moment, i cant breathe and my body started feeling all nauseous..
i wanted to puke, but i cant...
and i almost dialed 995... but i got better after like 1.5hr of struggling...

i never have any issue with heart disease or asthma from young even thou both illnesses are under my family medical history.. so can someone tell me whats happening to my body???
